Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Technical Facilities Project Manager – Americas for WD&C to lead complex design and construction projects ($5K-$10MM+) in corporate facilities, directing teams of architects, engineers, and contractors.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, coordinate EH&S, IT, AV, Security, Sustainability, and Legal, and help expand to additional sites. A PMP and engineering degree are preferred. Competitive package includes RSUs and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction/engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design.
• Experience in high-security (DoD, IC, DoS, etc) environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute technically complex capital projects from inception to completion.
• Drive project intake, planning, and delivery for corporate facilities across sites.
• Coordinate with EH&S, IT, AV, Security, Sustainability, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Document project parameters and ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Direct architects, design consultants, contractors, and facilities managers to align decisions with priorities.
• Identify and implement delivery and reporting process improvements.
• Participate in facility due diligence and site selection processes.
• Manage design elements including equipment, space-plans, and finishes.
• Oversee construction processes including contractor selection, budget approvals, and schedule maintenance.
