Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred in project management.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary project contact with the customer and coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Field Service, Accounting, suppliers, subcontractors, and affiliates.
• Establish and maintain scope, schedule, budget, cost forecast, risk, and change-management process; maintain project documentation.
• Identify and escalate risks affecting customer commitments, margin, cash flow, safety, and quality; drive resolution actions.
• Create and manage project timing plans and budgets; monitor expenditure within approved limits.
• Coordinate changes with Sales/Engineering/Legal/Finance; secure approvals and reflect changes in POs and baselines.
• Prepare meeting minutes, issue logs, and ensure clear communication between customer and project team.
• Travel domestically and internationally as project needs require.
