Job summary

ANDRITZ Clean Air Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial capital projects from concept through commissioning. You will manage scopes from $500K to $50M, coordinate engineering, procurement, and field execution, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires deep technical understanding, effective communication, and the ability to guide projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience managing industrial, capital equipment, or EPC projects.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, customer communications, and overall project execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from kickoff through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Facilitate engineering review meetings and technical discussions with customers.
• Monitor project financial performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, claims, and commercial impacts.
• Communicate project status and milestones to customers and leadership.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, and final turnover activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and per contract requirements.
