Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
Knowledge of Oracle database preferred.
Up to three years of procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate purchasing activities such as capital equipment requisition and PO processing; create and submit POs to supplier partners.
Ensure price accuracy for all Aramark purchase orders.
Act as liaison between Aramark market centers and supplier partners regarding orders, status, and invoices.
Interact with Aramark Accounting Departments on invoice accuracy and reconciliation.
Collaborate with Procurement Manager and team on business projects and tasks.
Oversee multiple projects and perform analytics for each.
Adhere to Aramark policies and Health and Safety standards.
