Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities such as capital equipment requisition and PO processing.
• Ensure price accuracy for all purchase orders.
• Serve as liaison between Aramark market centers and supplier partners on orders, delivery, changes and invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Aramark Accounting regarding invoice accuracy and reconciliation.
• Work with Procurement Manager and team on line-of-business projects and tasks.
• Oversee multiple projects and analytics for assigned tasks.
• Follow Aramark policies and Health & Safety standards.
