• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial processes and deliver actionable insights.
• Demonstrated solid communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capital Planning & Governance: Develop, prioritize, and execute the capital plan; ensure alignment with governance standards; deliver visibility into investments and benefits realization.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Develop financial models and analyses to support business cases and investment decisions; evaluate capital initiatives; identify risks and opportunities.
• Forecasting & Performance Management: Manage capital forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting; drive forecast accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate across functions to align capital priorities; influence decisions with financial insight.
• Process & Reporting Optimization: Enhance capital reporting frameworks; streamline processes and tools; support continuous improvement.
