The role partners with executives, Finance, and governance teams to ensure disciplined capital execution and alignment with enterprise standards.

The position supports capital planning, forecasting, and model development, delivering data‑driven recommendations and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial processes and deliver actionable insights.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capital Planning & Governance: Support the development, prioritization, and execution of the capital plan.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Develop financial models and analyses to support business cases and investment decisions.
• Forecasting & Performance Management: Manage capital forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate across functions to align on capital priorities and performance expectations.
• Process & Reporting Optimization: Enhance capital reporting frameworks to improve transparency and insights.
