Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial processes and deliver actionable insights.
• Demonstrated solid communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Capital Planning & Governance: Develop, prioritize, and execute the capital plan.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Build models and analyses to support investment decisions.
• Forecasting & Performance Management: Manage forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Process & Reporting Optimization: Improve capital reporting frameworks to increase transparency and efficiency.
