Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Offer Development Analyst for Orthopedics in the US, focused on capital channel offers and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing. You will drive detailed capital offers, manage pricing strategies, and develop implementation plans while ensuring SOX compliance and high-quality documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in contract management or related fields, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of 4 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing or another related field required.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Financial Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive development of detailed offers leveraging product expertise, business acumen and professional judgment.
Act as a key driver of the capital offer development process, developing implementation strategies.
Develop rigorous, error-proof offers and analysis with high attention to detail.
Maintain ownership for offer quality and alignment with financial objectives.
Identify areas for improvement within systems, processes, and interactions and surface recommendations.
Develop and improve training materials and SOPs.
Maintain documentation per SOX 404 Requirements.
Coach / mentor analysts to strengthen skills.
