We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Offer Development Analyst, US Orthopedics. The preference is to be based in one of the following locations: Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA.
The Senior Offer Development Analyst for the Capital Channel is responsible for the development of capital technology offers that support the development, refinement and contract execution of the specific capital technology offers. The Capital Deal Desk team works in close collaboration with Field Sales, Account Management, Contract Strategy, Marketing, Finance and other partners such as Legal, Health Care Compliance, Government Compliance, etc. to put together the most appropriate capital offerings (including sales of capital, capital placement, rentals, leases & other capital solutions) for the customer. The Capital Channel Senior Analyst will support various accounts types from Regional & National Accounts customers consisting of IDNs of varying size and status, Group Purchasing Organization, Collaboratives, Government Entities, ASC’s and stand-alone Community Hospitals with capital needs.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
