Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics team seeks a Senior Offer Development Analyst, US Orthopaedics, to lead capital technology offers from concept through contract. Based in Raynham, MA, or nearby locations, you will collaborate with Field Sales, Finance, Legal and others to tailor compliant, value-driven capital solutions.

You will develop detailed, error‑proof offers, manage pricing matrices, maintain SOX 404‑compliant records, and mentor junior Quoting Analysts while driving continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; finance, business, economics or marketing concentration preferred.
Minimum 4 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing or related field.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Financial Services preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to handle complex analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
