Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Offer Development Analyst for the Orthopaedics Capital Channel. You will drive capital technology offers from concept through contract, partnering with Field Sales, Finance, Legal and Marketing to meet customer needs.

Based in one of several locations (Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA), you will ensure profitability, manage price matrices, and mentor junior analysts while contributing to SOX 404 compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree; finance/economics/marketing preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience; at least 3 years in contract management, finance, pricing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of detailed offers leveraging product expertise, business acumen and judgment; adhere to contracting strategies and price matrices.
• Act as key driver of capital offer development; develop implementation strategies and assess risks.
• Develop rigorous offers and analyses with high attention to detail; identify patterns and insights across offers.
• Maintain ownership for offer quality and alignment with strategic/financial objectives.
• Identify process improvements; surface recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
• Develop and improve training materials and SOPs; ensure SOX 404 documentation is kept up to date.
• Coach and mentor analysts to improve skill levels and output quality.
