Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or related field.
• Formal Credit Training or Omega courses within 90 days in role.
• 4 years experience in commercial banking, credit underwriting, portfolio management, capital markets, syndicated lending, structured finance, corporate banking, or related discipline.
• General knowledge of credit underwriting, including cash flow and collateral analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support syndication, closing, and ongoing administration of C&I and CRE loan transactions.
• Prepare transaction materials including CIMs, lender presentations, executive summaries, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence, lender outreach, participant feedback, documentation, and closing activities for syndicated transactions.
• Provide underwriting support and industry research.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, portfolio managers, legal counsel, borrowers, and participant banks.
• Maintain a database of bank partners and monitor syndicated loan market activity, pricing trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Serve as administrator for virtual data rooms, ensuring materials, compliance reporting, and communications are complete and timely.
• Support growth of the Bank's commercial derivatives platform, including pipeline tracking and client-facing materials.
