Job summary

EagleBank seeks a Project Manager II in Silver Spring, MD to guide cross-functional initiatives across technology modernization, business transformation, and regulatory priorities. You will partner with sponsors, leaders, vendors, and risk teams to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years independently managing complex, cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience leading business transformation or strategic initiatives is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage third-party vendors and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned initiatives through the project governance and delivery lifecycle.
• Manage projects from intake through planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Define scope, objectives, benefits, deliverables, success measures, governance, and decision rights.
• Maintain plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and communications.
• Provide updates to sponsors, senior leaders, and governance committees.
