Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions and management of purchased loan portfolios, including residential mortgages and HELOCs.
• Coordinate loan purchase transactions among internal stakeholders, sellers, and service providers.
• Support asset pricing, valuation, and transaction economics with Treasury leadership.
• Analyze asset opportunities, craft asset allocation and portfolio positioning recommendations.
• Monitor market conditions and translate insights into actionable asset strategy guidance.
• Oversee third‑party due diligence firms and coordinate remediation of issues before acquisition.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across servicing, accounting, and risk reporting.
