Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to analyze data and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

• Ability to lead assigned responsibilities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Process Excellence: Maintains expiring price files, project trackers, and system price parity; supports quote intake and contract processing.
• Supplier Selection and Contracting: Reviews pricing, documents contracts, and supports contracting for capital products and services.
• Analyzation: Interprets data financially and qualitatively to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Serves as liaison for end users and vendors, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Cost Savings: Identifies strategic sourcing savings through benchmarking and price file management.
• Business Process Optimization: Improves procurement processes within the Supply Chain department.
• Market Evaluations: Gathers market intelligence on vendors, pricing, and technology.
