Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead enterprise capital portfolio analysis and support strategic investment decisions in Charlotte, NC.

You will coordinate Investment Board processes, prepare executive materials, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. The role demands advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A recognized professional designation or relevant graduate degree is considered an asset.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, capital planning, investment analysis, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex processes or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and supporting decision-making.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, data visualization, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills; ability to synthesize data into insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation and coordination of the Investment Board process, including agendas and executive materials.
• Own consolidated analysis for the enterprise capital portfolio and track deployment and returns.
• Develop portfolio reviews and recommendations for capital allocation and prioritization.
• Perform ROCE, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to guide investment decisions.
• Assess capital requests by reviewing financial assumptions and business cases; challenge where needed.
• Partner with Finance to redeploy unutilized capital to higher-priority initiatives.
• Translate complex information into concise executive presentations and recommendations.
• Drive improvements in capital planning, reporting, and decision-support with automation and AI tools.
• Build relationships across a global, cross-functional stakeholder network.
