Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field preferred with experience in project management, commercial real estate analysis, and market research.
• Strong financial modeling and projection experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Smartsheet, and GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Management Approval Package (MAP) with site plans, deal economics, construction estimates and financial models.
• Analyze ROIs and provide investment recommendations; tailor financial models to new scenarios.
• Manage documents and dates in Smartsheet and utilize reporting tools.
• Research acquisition opportunities and monitor competitor growth plans.
• Shadow Real Estate Development Managers to learn site selection, negotiation, and development processes.
• Engage in professional development and team goals per company plan.
