Job summary

Fluidstack in New York is seeking a senior supply chain professional to own sourcing of capital equipment across the build program, negotiating terms and running sourcing events to support rapid scaling of compute infrastructure.

You will partner with Finance on CapEx budgets, track spend from award to delivery, and build dual-source plans to reduce single-source risk while ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and negotiating high-value capital equipment.
• Structure capital contracts with milestones, warranties and damages.
• Partner with Finance on CapEx budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Run end-to-end RFI, RFQ and RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for capital equipment across the build program.
• Run competitive sourcing events for capital packages and evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate and execute capital equipment agreements and pricing amendments.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on payment milestones and warranties.
• Deliver cost reduction through standardization and dual-sourcing plans.
