Qualifications

• Led financial forecasting for capital-intensive infrastructure: data centers, energy, telecom, or real assets.
• Built driver-based capex models used in board decisions.
• Forecasts compared to actuals with shrinking gaps over time.

Responsibilities

• Own the datacenter financial forecast: capex, opex, and cash across sites.
• Build forecasting engine, drivers, models, and systems for financial truth.
• Run scenario analysis to sequence sites, deals, and capital raises.
• Partner with delivery, development, and accounting to align forecasts with field realities.
