Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 20–25 years of experience in capital project procurement.
• Proven track record with large CAPEX projects.
• Strong EPC and international sourcing knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end CAPEX procurement activities for the Mesabi ISP Project.
• Develop procurement strategies for major capital equipment packages.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, engineering teams, and project management.
• Manage vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluations, and negotiations.
• Establish relationships with major equipment suppliers and service providers.
• Drive cost optimization through bidding and strategic sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
