Job summary

Colgate is seeking a Specialist/Associate Manager for their Capital & Infrastructure Procurement team in Overland Park, Kansas. This role involves shaping sourcing strategies for over $150M in manufacturing automation and facility initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead sourcing processes, build relationships with stakeholders, and conduct market analytics to drive efficiency and cost savings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain operations, with a focus on Capital Expenditure.
• Deep understanding of capital equipment contracting and asset lifecycle cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Capital Sourcing Pipeline for plant expenditures.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, and contracting processes.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal partners.
• Manage supplier relationships to drive innovation and risk mitigation.
• Conduct market analysis and predictive spend analytics.
• Ensure alignment with Global Procurement compliance policies.
