Qualifications

• Five+ years in workforce planning, or related planning roles in labor-driven services.
• Experience turning backlog into a labor forecast and tracking it against reality.
• Strong quantitative modeling; advanced Excel; scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling 36-month labor demand forecast from budget, backlog and pipeline.
• Translate awards into staffing requirements by role, location and start date.
• Track signature status vs forecast; adjust dates and communicate changes.
• Differentiate growth demand from attrition backfill and maintain separate views.
• Own the requisition hold list, including release dates and owners.
