Qualifications

• Five+ years in workforce/resource/operations planning or FP&A in a labor-driven services business.

Responsibilities

• Forecast labor demand and convert to staffing requirements by role, location, and time.
• Maintain rolling 36-month labor demand forecast from budget, backlog, and sales pipeline.
• Track headcount vs forecast and explain variances in business terms.
• Own the requisition hold list and release dates; communicate changes with SLAs.
• Plan vs. actual and variance analysis; publish forecast accuracy metrics.
• Partner with talent acquisition and finance to align supply with commercial plans.
