Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Capacity and Supply Planning Manager to optimize the supply chain network across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and stocking locations. You will lead medium- and long-term capacity plans to balance customer service, working capital, and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Demand, Supply, Logistics, and Finance to translate business requirements into executable supply plans, participate in strategic planning, and drive improvements in planning processes using

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Analytics, or related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, supply planning, distribution planning, demand planning, logistics, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and inventory-management principles.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, supply chain planning applications, reporting tools, or related technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop the consensus supply plan view for each facility balancing customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain cost.
• Lead scenario planning for evaluating different supply alternatives within the planning horizon (0-5 years).
• Participate in the annual strategic plan process and align capacity plan with strategy (0-5 years).
• Establish and maintain the organization consensus supply plan and deploy advanced planning tools.
• Collaborate with each facility to ensure the plan is achievable and reflects capacity conditions including expansions.
• Navigate complex scenarios with shifting demand and supply (0-10+ years).
• Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance.
