Job summary

Clarios, LLC seeks a Capacity and Supply Planning Manager to optimize supply and capacity across the network. You will develop long-term capacity plans, collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and finance, and drive improvements in planning processes and tools.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP and planning software to balance service levels with inventory and costs.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, supply planning, distribution planning, demand planning, logistics, or related discipline.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain planning and inventory-management principles.
• Experience leading employees, planning teams, or cross-functional supply chain initiatives.
• Experience using ERP systems and planning applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop the consensus supply plan view for each facility balancing service, inventory, and costs.
• Lead scenario planning for different supply alternatives within the planning horizon.
• Provide insight for long-term capacity addition decisions spanning 5–10+ years.
• Maintain and align the organization consensus supply plan with strategic plans.
• Deploy advanced planning tools to manage the consensus supply plan.
• Collaborate with each facility to ensure plan achievability given capacity constraints.
• Identify and analyze risks in demand, supply, capacity, and inventory.
• Conduct what-if analyses and communicate risks, costs, and benefits.
• Support S&OP processes with inventory projections and constraints.
• Participate in strategic projects like launches, network changes, and distribution changes.
• Ensure data accuracy and standardized planning assumptions across systems.
