Job summary

Clarios, LLC in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Capacity and Supply Planning Manager to optimize capacity across the supply chain and lead long-range capacity planning (0-10+ years). Hybrid work model with collaboration across plants, distribution centers, and stocking locations.

You will develop consensus supply plans, run what-if analyses, and drive improvements in planning processes, systems, data, and reporting to enable better service, inventory, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, or related discipline.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the consensus supply plan view for each facility balancing service, inventory, and cost.
• Lead scenario planning and evaluate supply alternatives within 0-5 years.
• Participate in strategic planning and deploy advanced planning tools.
• Collaborate with facilities to ensure achievable plans.
• Drive what-if analyses and communicate risks and benefits to stakeholders.
• Support S&OP processes with inventory projections and constraints.
• Identify risks and opportunities in demand, supply, and capacity.
