Job summary

Google is seeking a Capacity Planning Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead integrated infrastructure planning across product demand, capacity constraints, and financial objectives. You will drive multi-disciplinary initiatives, coordinate across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, and prepare executive-ready analyses and materials for decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-functional capacity planning initiatives across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance. Analyze infrastructure demand, capacity constraints, deployment alternatives, planning assumptions, and business priorities.
• Develop business analyses supporting infrastructure investment, prioritization, and capacity allocation decisions. Coordinate planning activities across multiple stakeholder organizations to ensure timely delivery of planning recommendations.
• Prepare executive presentations, planning analyses, business cases, and decision-support materials.
• Track planning assumptions, dependencies, execution risks, and decision outcomes across multiple planning initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of planning methodologies, business processes, and planning execution. Partner with Engineering and Planning organizations to integrate planning recommendations into Alphabet's Infrastructure Plan of Record.
