Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain.
• Experience working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead several engineering program management initiatives for a fast-paced, innovative engineering team.
• Identify stakeholders and collaborate to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
• Manage project schedules, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to stakeholders and leadership.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
