Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Capacity Planning to lead the long-range capacity outlook for the clinical manufacturing network. You will connect pipeline demand with technical capabilities and financial considerations, partnering across TDS Pilot Plants, External Manufacturing, and CMC to drive resilient, cost-effective decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in strategic capacity planning and supply chain within pharma or related industry.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives and strong business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the end-to-end strategic capacity planning process across a rolling 3–5+ year horizon.
• Develop and maintain an integrated long-range capacity plan across API, drug product and packaging.
• Align pipeline, sourcing, and portfolio with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead continuous improvement of planning capabilities through advanced analytics and digital twin concepts.
• Provide input to senior governance forums and coach planning teams.
