Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to lead network capacity planning and optimization for the Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) supply chain. You will own end-to-end capacity modeling, drive cross-functional projects, and communicate status to senior leadership while shaping the future of ultra-fast fulfillment.

The role requires 3+ years in program management, supply chain experience, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with tech and non-tech

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve R2L goals.
• Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams.
• Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities.
• Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations.
• Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business.
