Job summary

You will own end-to-end strategic projects, collaborating with multiple teams to optimize under-the-roof processes, inventory flows, and capacity planning while shaping the future of ultra-fast fulfillment.

The role requires strong ownership, the ability to manage ambiguous projects, and excellent communication of risk and progress to senior leaders. Travel may be up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of process improvement using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects to achieve R2L goals.
• Plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects.
• Analyze data across fulfillment and delivery to set global standards.
• Identify root causes and drive opportunities.
