Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of space planning experience, with proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and familiarity with UNC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Institutional Planning, Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Industrial Technology or related field.
• Two years of facility and space planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform short and long range facility space and master planning, workflow analysis and data management.
• Develop and oversee an inventory of building and space data using space management technology.
• Provide space use statistics, analyses, floor plans and data to campus departments and university officials.
