Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, criminal justice, education, or a related field.
• Four years of supervisory experience in law enforcement at the city, state, or federal level.
• Certification in Basic First Aid and CPR within one year of employment.
• Knowledge of Clery Act, Title IX, and related safety laws.
• Ability to analyze reports and prepare security-related documentation.

Aufgaben

• Plan, establish, and monitor security and emergency procedures for campus safety.
• Provide leadership during crisis, maintain on-call status.
• Prepare reports: incident logs, daily logs, crime statistics, and annual security report.
• Supervise security staff and coordinate with HR on staffing and payroll.
• Maintain communications with CPD and other agencies; participate in safety committees.
• Coordinate events and campus safety procedures with stakeholders.
