Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of governmental purchasing through eVA or equivalent platform.
• Excellent customer service skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a stressful environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes and ensure efficient sourcing of goods and services for the campus community.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with campus goals.
• Oversee procurement with Shared Services Center (SSC) and contracts as necessary.
• Collaborate with departments to understand procurement needs and provide strategic solutions.
• Establish strong supplier relationships and monitor timely invoice payments with SSC.
• Promote the college professionally to internal and external constituencies and resolve issues promptly.
