Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong Excel skills, and experience with government purchasing via eVA. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a office setting.
• Experience with AIS PeopleSoft or equivalent accounting system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes and sourcing of goods and services for campus.
• Collaborate with Shared Services Center on supplier selection and contracts.
• Monitor timely payment of invoices in coordination with SSC.
• Represent the college professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
