Job summary

Cengage is seeking a Campaign Execution Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of integrated campaigns. You will drive efficiency, align with customer journeys, and optimize outcomes across multiple teams including content, creative, web, media, and events.

The role requires strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to balance a busy portfolio while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a strong track record.
• Proficiency in Workfront is preferred, or a similar project management tool.
• Outstanding communication skills for interacting with both internal and external collaborators.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas.
• Working with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes.
• Collaborating and prioritizing work across functional teams including content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Applying our designated project management system, Workfront, to further seamless cooperation and collaboration.
• Reflecting on process improvements and developing new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Balancing a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.
