Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Campaign Execution Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated campaigns. This role blends strategic thinking with strong project management to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, aligned with customer journeys, and optimized for business impact.

You will collaborate across multiple teams including content, creative, web, media and events to bring campaigns to life.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
Proficiency in Workfront or a similar PM tool preferred.
Outstanding communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
Strong problem-solving, project management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas.
Work with Marketing Team to understand integrated campaign plans and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate across content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Apply Workfront to facilitate seamless cooperation and collaboration.
Reflect on process improvements and develop strategies to boost workflow efficiency.
Balance a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.
