Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Campaign Execution Project Manager to lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization. You will coordinate with content, creative, web, media, and events teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, leveraging Workfront to streamline collaboration.

With a focus on improving conversion and business outcomes, you will balance multiple campaigns while maintaining high standards and process improvements across the marketing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Workfront or a similar project management tool.
• Outstanding communication for internal/external collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas.
• Work with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes.
• Collaborating and prioritizing work across functional teams including content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Applying our designated project management system, Workfront, to further seamless cooperation and collaboration.
• Reflecting on process improvements and developing new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Balancing a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.
