Job summary

United Way of Greater Atlanta is seeking a Senior Director of Campaign Operations & Communications to translate our multi-year campaign priorities into integrated strategies, donor experiences, and measurable results. You will lead campaign communications, executive support, and proposal development while coordinating across fundraising, marketing, and operations to sustain momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, nonprofit management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of fundraising, campaign management, donor engagement, or related experience.
• Experience developing executive communications, donor proposals, presentations, and other strategic fundraising materials.
• Exceptional writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and build relationships with senior leaders, donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign vision into integrated strategies, workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead integrated campaign planning across fundraising, communications, donor engagement, stewardship, and operations.
• Provide senior leaders with visibility into campaign progress and opportunities.
• Develop donor-facing content, proposals, briefs, and campaign collateral.
• Partner with Marketing to shape donor communications and impact narratives.
• Support Campaign Cabinet with materials, strategies, and solicitation efforts.
