Job summary

Kalman & Company is seeking an Executive Systems Engineer to support the full lifecycle from concept to fielding in DoD C5ISR programs. This contingent role demands top-tier systems engineering leadership and strategic guidance across domains.

You will drive complex integration, ensure interoperability with warfighting capabilities, and mentor the engineering team while addressing DOTMLPF implications. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

15 years of related systems engineering experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and oversight across all systems engineering activities for Army C5ISR products.
Lead complex integration efforts to ensure interoperability with current and emerging warfighting capabilities; identify and mitigate program risks; drive innovation and modernization priorities.
Represent the program at technical forums and mentor the systems engineering team.
Deep understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation.
