Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer 5 to join our team in Maryland. Ideal candidates will hold an active TS/SCI with POLY and have deep experience with Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF or FEAF, plus strong skills in CAMEO Systems Modeler, SysML and ISO/IEC15288 processes.

The role involves applying systems engineering principles across the full lifecycle—from concept development through retirement—and coordinating with government overseers, program personnel and executives to ensure

Qualifications

Must have active TS/SCI with POLY
Experience with Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF or FEAF
Familiar with ISO/IEC15288 process areas and lifecycle stages

Responsibilities

Apply systems engineering across lifecycle phases: Concept Development, Production, Utilization, Support, Retirement
Ensure technical integrity, quality and completeness of work and deliverables
Interact with Government representatives and program personnel on technical considerations and issues
Coordinate with senior executives on risk, decisions and verification activities
Manage stakeholder requirements and perform analysis and architecture design
