Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC in Norfolk, VA seeks a Counter-Uncrewed Systems Capability Analyst to support NATO capability development and assessment. You will coordinate with program leadership, stakeholders, and NATO agencies to shape doctrine and capability-development products.

Responsibilities include organizing workshops, maintaining program information, and coordinating across DOTMLPFI lines, with on-site work in Norfolk and travel as needed to meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience briefing senior leaders or decision-makers.
• Operational knowledge of counter-uncrewed systems or C-IED roles within the last 12 years.
• Program or project management experience in a complex military capability development environment.
• Experience in multinational organizations (NATO/EDA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess capability requirements for counter-UAS and related threats.
• Coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders; prepare clear reports and briefings.
• Contribute to doctrine and capability-development products across DOTMLPFI lines.
• Organize workshops and maintain program information; coordinate with NATO agencies and civilian partners.
