Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. in Norfolk, VA seeks a Counter-Uncrewed Systems and Counter-IED SME to support NATO HQ SACT CMDS. On-site with up to 40 travel days/year, the role focuses on capability development across DOTMLPFI and doctrine, with engagements across international partners.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years briefing senior leaders and strong program management experience in multinational or NATO contexts, plus clear understanding of C-UXS/C-IED requirements and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years briefing senior leaders within the last 10 years.
• Operational knowledge of C-UXS/C-IED functions at tactical/operational/strategic levels.
• Minimum 7 years of program/project management in a military context.
• Experience in multinational organizations or NATO structures.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Support development of C-UXS/C-IED capability products per NATO governance across DOTMLPFI.
• Assist program management activities for JE Capabilities Program Director and CT/FP Project Coordinator.
• Support DOTMLPFI development and action-oriented capability lifecycle tasks.
• Coordinate elicitation, capture, and traceability of requirements and specs.
• Assist in policy, doctrine, and concept development for C-UXS/C-IED.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and meetings with national/international partners.
