Job summary

Alluvionic is seeking experienced contractors for Contractor Support to C-UXS/C-IED under the NATO HQ SACT CMDS contract, on-site in Norfolk, VA. The role centers on capability development governance and lifecycle delivery across DOTMLPFI, aligned with the ACT JE Capabilities Programme Director and CT/FP leadership.

Responsibilities include elicitation and traceability of requirements, coordination with NATO and international partners, workshops and meetings, and program management support

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management or related disciplines.
• 3 years’ experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers in the last 10 years.
• 5 years operational knowledge of C-UXS/C-IED functions at Tactical, Operational, or Strategic levels within the last 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to development of C-UXS/C-IED capability products across DOTMLPFI.
• Support ACT JE Capabilities Programme Director for CT/FP and related projects.
• Assist elicitation, capture, development, analysis, and traceability of requirements.
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development synchronization and action recommendations.
• Organise workshops, seminars, and meetings; collaborate with NATO and allied organizations.
