Qualifications

• Familiarity with lending and depository procedures and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage C&I client relationships with focus on new business and retention.
• Lead credit process with Credit Administration to prepare files for review and Loan Committee presentations.
• Approve or propose sound loans within policy and risk tolerance.
• Coordinate closings with clients, settlement agents, and attorneys.
• Manage loan portfolio in partnership with Portfolio Manager.
• Negotiate complex pricing and loan structures for large borrowers.
• Monitor loans for compliance, risk ratings, and timely past due management.
• Collaborate with team to execute annual sales plans and market strategies.
