Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain C&I banking relationships with a focus on new and existing clients.
• Lead credit request preparation with Credit Administration and present at Loan Committee.
• Approve or recommend loan terms, pricing, and structure within policy.
• Coordinate closings with customers and attorneys; manage loan portfolios.
• Negotiate complex pricing and agreements for large borrowers.
• Ensure compliance with loan terms and regulatory requirements.
