Job summary

Duquesne Light Company is seeking a Strategic Customer Executive to manage relationships with major commercial and industrial customers, coordinating internal resources to meet complex needs. The role emphasizes customer advocacy, regulatory compliance, and proactive account governance.

Based in Pittsburgh with a hybrid work model and regular travel within the service territory, the SCE will interact with internal partners, manage projects, and ensure seamless service delivery for key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Knowledge of electric utility operations is a plus.
• Experience with business account management and utility billing systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison for large commercial & industrial customers and align internal teams to customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to customer infrastructure and services.
• Proactively manage accounts, understand DLC processes and tariffs, and educate customers.
