Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Buying Operations Coordinator to align with Buying, Planning, and Product Development teams. You will manage PIM data, create stock and special-order SKUs, and oversee attributes and transfers for timely product launches.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with retail inventory software. You will support store openings and collaborate across departments to ensure merchandise availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with comfort using retail inventory software.
• Experience with PIM, SKUs, and product data management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product information and data accuracy across systems.
• Create stock and special-order SKUs and manage attributes.
• Process changes, transfers, and store launch readiness.
• Coordinate sample deliveries and photo shoot stock for marketing.
