Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Buyer, Supply Chain Programs to support purchasing and supply chain deliverables for a vehicle platform. The role coordinates program activities, contributes to sourcing, supplier readiness, cost, quality, and timing objectives from pre-program planning through launch.

You will work closely with Purchasing, Product Development, Finance, Manufacturing, STA, and Program Management to track milestones, prepare analyses, and support procurement activities and issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in Purchasing or Program Management.
• Experience with RFQs, bid comparisons, sourcing documentation, and POs.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and program deliverables from pre-program planning through launch.
• Coordinate program activities and help track milestones and risks.
• Prepare analyses and status updates for leadership.
• Maintain program workplans and dashboards.
• Assist with supplier readiness and issue resolution.
